Program details

The three weekend session are:

  • Nov 3-4 Truro Junior High School, Truro (Map)
  • Jan 12-14 NSCC Waterfront Campus, Dartmouth (Map)
  • Apr 20-22 Acadia University (Festival Theatre Building), Wolfville

During the Honour Jazz weekends, it is preferred that families make their own accommodation arrangements. We will always identify a local hotel that will offer a group rate to our organization. If you have friends/family in the area, that is an excellent solution.  Billeting is possible, but in limited numbers – especially in the out-of-metro locations, where we do not have the members to support a large number of billet requests. If Honour Jazz is happening in your area, it will be most appreciated if you can host billets in your home.

Still only $240.00 ($80.00 a weekend)

  • three weekends of exceptional jazz education with outstanding players and educators
  • lunch on Saturdays
  • Honour Jazz T-shirt custom designed by NSCC students

Fee Policy – all cheques are payable to Nova Scotia Honour Jazz:

  • two or more family members in NSHJ
    • First child $240
    • Second and third child $ 120 each
  • Payment Plan: you can either submit one cheque for $240 due by the first session or submit three  $80 cheques dated Nov 3/2016, Jan 12/2017, May 4/2017.
